Tips of Different Washers

Today i’m going to introduce the stainless steel washers.

Washers are used to spread the load of a bolt or screw over a larger area, or to help prevent loosening under vibration.

Plain Washer and Spring Washer is widely used in construction, connection and other areas. 

Plain Washer is commonly used with Spring Washer.

Function:

1. Stainless steel flat washer is used to increase the contact area between the screw and the machine.

2.Eliminate damage to the machine surface when the spring mat is removed. Stainless steel flat washer must be next to the machine surface, while spring washer must between stainless steel flat and nut. The function of the Spring washer is used to prevent loose.

There are also many other washers ,which are widely applied, such as Square Washer,Tab Washer ,Sealing Washer and so on.
